AITHEA NanoAcademy

What is the AITHEA Nano Compliance Academy?

The Nano Compliance Academy is AITHEA’s microlearning platform — built to make compliance training faster, sharper, and more practical.
Our courses focus on financial crime, trade compliance, and AI compliance — delivered in short, actionable modules designed for real-world use.

What methodology is behind your microlearning approach?

  • Short modules (15–30 min)
  • Real-world scenarios and decision trees
  • Interactive quizzes, tools, and templates. Courses are chunked into micro-units to reduce cognitive overload and boost retention — following evidence-based instructional design and adult learning principles.

Why is the Academy only available for businesses?

We currently offer AITHEA Nano Compliance only to organizations, consultants, and tech vendors.
Why? Because supporting individual learners at scale would require infrastructure we don’t (yet) have — and we want to keep our service high-quality and responsive.

If you’re an individual and want to stay in the loop for future offerings, you can still sign up to our waitlist!

Why do you only cover financial crime, AI and trade compliance?

Because that’s what we’re great at.
We specialize in areas that are often too complex, too dry, or too slow-moving — and make them understandable, actionable, and even enjoyable.

Can I submit a topic idea for a future course?

Absolutely. We love building what the industry actually needs.
If you’ve got a topic in mind — from a niche compliance issue to a real-world scenario you wish more people understood - send it our way.
If selected, you’ll be credited or even invited to help shape the course.

Can I become an ambassador?

Yes!
We’re actively inviting industry experts, consultants, and compliance professionals to become ambassadors for specific courses.
You’ll review and endorse the content, be featured in the course, and can promote it as a value-add to your own audience.

Are the courses certified by a regulatory body or official authority?

Not yet - but it’s on our roadmap.
We're currently building partnerships to have selected courses accredited by recognized institutions and industry bodies. In the meantime, you’ll still receive AITHEA-issued certificates of completion.

How is the content created?

We use a blended creation model:
  • Content is first drafted using AI tools (like OpenAI for text, media tools for visuals and voiceover, and AI-powered video production tools)
  • Then it’s reviewed and refined by human experts - with support from our Ambassadors and industry reviewers
Final content is tested for clarity, accuracy, and practical value before going live.
We believe in tech-powered learning, but never without human oversight.
